Mysterium: A Cooperative Deduction Game
Can you interpret the ghost's dreams?
In Mysterium, a terrible crime was committed years ago in Warwick Manor. To appease the victim's spirit, a group of psychics (the players) gather for an exceptional seance. The problem? The ghost has amnesia and can only communicate through dreamlike visions represented by magnificent illustrated cards.
The concept? One player embodies the ghost and tries to help the others guess the culprit, the location, and the weapon of the crime before sunrise.
Why is Mysterium a must-have for your game library?
-
Total Cooperation: Here, everyone wins or everyone loses. Mutual aid among the psychics is essential to decipher the ghost's cryptic messages.
-
Sumptuous Material: Between the imposing ghost screen, the cardboard clock, and the 84 "Vision" cards with surreal illustrations, Mysterium is one of the most beautiful modern board games.
-
Exciting Asymmetry: Playing the ghost (who cannot speak) is a completely different experience from playing the psychics. This offers two radically opposite ways of playing.
-
Immersive Atmosphere: The game excels at creating a mysterious and heavy atmosphere, ideal for your evenings with friends or family.
