In Patchwork Express, two players compete to create the most complete quilt on a $7 \times 7$ board (compared to $9 \times 9$ in the classic version). You will need to carefully choose your fabric pieces (variously shaped Tetris-like tiles), managing your resources: Buttons and Time.

The concept? It's an optimization race. Each piece costs a certain number of buttons and moves you forward on the time track. The player who is last on the track plays until they overtake their opponent. The goal is to fill your board as much as possible while accumulating a mountain of buttons.
